Quality Requirements

All voice contributions must:

• Be original recordings in your natural voice
• Be free from background noise and clear in quality
• Follow the provided prompts accurately
• Be in the language you selected
• Not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

Payment Terms

Compensation for voice contributions is subject to:

• Successful completion of recording sessions
• Quality verification of submitted recordings
• Compliance with all program requirements
• Verification of your identity and payment information

Payment amounts and schedules are determined at our sole discretion and may vary by language, region, and project requirements. We reserve the right to reject recordings that do not meet quality standards without compensation.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit recordings that are not in your own voice
• Use voice-altering technology or impersonate others
• Submit pre-recorded or synthetic voice data
• Create multiple accounts to receive duplicate payments
• Attempt to manipulate or game the system
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Submission of fraudulent or low-quality recordings
• Abuse of the platform or payment system
• Any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful

Upon termination, you forfeit any unpaid compensation and your right to use the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to the app interface, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific payment amounts or ongoing availability
• Compatibility with all devices
• That recordings will be accepted or compensated

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the six months preceding any claim.
